Section 5(a)(1) of the Geothermal Steam Act of 1970 (30 U.S.C. 1004(a)(1)) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (A)— (A) by inserting with respect to each electric generating facility producing electricity, before not less than; and (B) by inserting by by such facility after produced; and (2) in subparagraph (B)— (A) by inserting with respect to each electric generating facility producing electricity, before not less than; and (B) by inserting by by such facility after produced.
