In this Act— (1) the term machinegun has the meaning given the term machine gun in section 5845 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986; and (2) the term machinegun conversion device means any part designed and intended solely and exclusively, or combination of parts designed and intended, for use in converting a weapon into a machinegun.
