Section 3(d)(3) of Public Law 99–548 (commonly known as the Mesquite Lands Act of 1988) (100 Stat. 3061; 110 Stat. 3009–202; 116 Stat. 2018) is amended— (1) by striking subparagraphs (A) and (B) and inserting the following: (A) for the development and implementation of a watershed plan for the Lower Virgin River; and; and (2) by redesignating subparagraph (C) as subparagraph (B).
