Definitions

In this Act: (1) Agency The term Agency means the Federal Emergency Management Agency established by section 2. (2) Director The term Director means the Director of the Federal Emergency Management Agency established by section 3(a). (3) Hazard The term hazard has the meaning given that term in section 602(a) of the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (42 U.S.C. 5195a(a)) and includes any major disaster or emergency. (4) Inspector General The term Inspector General means the Inspector General of the Federal Emergency Management Agency established by section 5.
