No sums may be expended after October 1, 2036, to carry out the following functions: (1) Grants under part A of title I the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 6311 et seq.). (2) Each program under part D of title I of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 6421 et seq.).
