Definitions

In this Act: (1) Appropriate congressional committees The term appropriate congressional committees means the Committee on Foreign Affairs and Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Foreign Relations and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate. (2) Reorganization The term reorganization means any action which, pursuant to section 7063 of division F of Public Law 118–47, would require prior consultation and notification.
