The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Board of Directors of the Office of Congressional Workplace Rights may not, pursuant to section 105 of the Pregnant Workers Fairness Act (42 U.S.C. 2000gg–3), finalize, implement, or enforce any regulation that applies to abortion or the coverage of abortion or abortion-related services.
