Funding limitation of iranian backed puppet militias in Iraq

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no Federal department or agency, including the Department of State and the Department of Defense, may obligate or expend any Federal funds to support, directly or indirectly, any militia or organization described in subsection (4)(a) of this Act, or any person who is a member of such militia or organization.
