Applicability of chapter 10 of title 5, United States Code

(a) In general Except as otherwise provided in this Act, the Commission shall be subject to chapter 10 of title 5, United States Code. (b) Advisory committee management office The Commission shall not be subject to the control of any Advisory Committee Management Officer designated under section 1007(b)(1) of title 5, United States Code. (c) Subcommittee Any subcommittee of the Commission shall be treated as the Commission for purposes of chapter 10 of title 5, United States Code. (d) Charter The enactment of this Act shall be considered to meet the requirements of the Commission under section 1008(c) of title 5, United States Code.
