(a) In general There is authorized to be appropriated $500,000,000 for each fiscal year after the date of enactment of this Act to carry out sections 5 and 6. (b) Additional funding to the Office for Civil Rights There is authorized to be appropriated $500,000,000 for each fiscal year after the date of enactment of this Act to carry out section 4.
