Section 202(1) of the Adult Education and Family Literacy Act (29 U.S.C. 3271(1)) is amended— (1) by inserting (including digital literacy skills and information literacy skills) after skills; and (2) by striking and economic self-sufficiency and inserting, economic self-sufficiency, and full participation in all aspects of adult life.
