Amounts that have been returned to or recovered by the Health Resources and Services Administration or the Department of the Treasury, including all amounts returned or recovered after the date of enactment of this Act, from amounts made available and disbursed to eligible health care providers for health care-related expenses or lost revenues attributable to coronavirus under the heading Public Health and Social Services Emergency Fund in title VIII of division B of Public Law 116–136, title I of division B of Public Law 116–139, and title III of division M of Public Law 116–260, are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this Act and the amendment made by this Act.
