Section 2016 of title 38, United States Code, is amended— (1) in paragraph (7), by striking fiscal year 2015 and each subsequent fiscal year and inserting each of fiscal years 2015 through 2024; and (2) by adding at the end the following new paragraphs: (8) $350,000,000 for fiscal year 2025.
