(a) Prohibition No Federal funds may be made available to any institution of higher education that requires its students or staff to receive a COVID–19 vaccine as a condition of enrollment or employment, or receiving any benefit, service, or contract. (b) Institution of higher education defined In this Act, the term institution of higher education has the meaning given the term in section 102 of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1002).
