Section 1703(c) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by— (1) redesignating paragraphs (2) through (5) as paragraphs (3) through (6), respectively; and (2) by inserting after paragraph (1) the following new paragraph: (2) A hearing aid specialist licensed to furnish medical services in the State in which such hearing aid specialist is located..
