(a) National intermediary grant There are authorized to be appropriated not more than $10,000,000 for the purposes of section 4 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2028. (b) Conforming grants There are authorized to be appropriated not more than $40,000,000 for the purposes of section 5(a) for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2028. (c) Implementation grants There are authorized to be appropriated not more than $40,000,000 for the purposes of section 5(b) for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2028.
