Section 153(a)(1)(H) of the Education Sciences Reform Act of 2002 (20 U.S.C. 9543(a)(1)(H)) is amended— (1) in clause (ii), by striking and at the end; (2) in clause (iii), by inserting and at the end; and (3) by adding at the end the following: (iv) access to synthetic opioids, including fentanyl, on school premises, and the effects of such substances on school safety and student health and well-being;.
