The Runway 5L/23R at Marine Corps Air Station, Cherry Point, North Carolina, shall after the date of the enactment of this Act be known and designated as the Lieutenant General Carey Runway. Any reference to such runway in any law, regulation, map, document, record, or other paper of the United States shall be considered to be a reference to the Lieutenant General Carey Runway.
