Prohibition on use of Federal funds to rename Persian Gulf

(a) In general Notwithstanding any other provision of law, no Federal funds are authorized to be appropriated or otherwise made available to rename the Persian Gulf. (b) References No law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States may refer to the Persian Gulf by a different name without express authorization of Congress.
