In this Act, the term appropriate congressional committees means— (1) the Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure of the House of Representatives; (2) the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives; (3) the Committee on Armed Services of the House of Representatives; (4) the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation of the Senate; (5) the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate; and (6) the Committee on Armed Services of the Senate.
