Report

(a) In general Not later than 30 days after the date of the enactment of this Act, the Secretary of State shall submit to the Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Foreign Relations of the Senate a report detailing the negotiations between the United States and Qatar pertaining to the transfer of an aircraft from Qatar to the United States, to be subsequently transferred to an entity controlled by President Trump. (b) Matters To be included The report required by subsection (a) shall include the following: (1) A description of any and all communications pertaining to promises or commitments made or proposed to be made to Qatar in exchange for the transfer described in subsection (a), whether transmitted verbally or in writing. (2) A recounting of any negotiation with private sector entities to receive contracts as a result of the potential or completed transfer described in subsection (a). (3) Information pertaining to the legal review conducted by the Secretary regarding the potential or completed transfer described in subsection (a).
