Section 3702(a) of title 38, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end the following new paragraph: (5) Whether a veteran described in paragraph (2) is a DACA recipient (as such term is defined in section 203 of the National Housing Act (12 U.S.C. 1709)) shall not affect the veteran’s entitlement to housing loan benefits under this chapter..
