(a) In general Section 202(c) of the Controlled Substances Act (21 U.S.C. 812(c)) is amended by adding at the end of schedule III the following: (f) Tianeptine, including its analogues, salts, isomers, and salts of isomers.. (b) Effective date The amendment made by subsection (a) shall become effective on the date that is 90 days after the date of enactment of this Act.
