Section 3 of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (29 U.S.C. 3102) is amended— (1) by redesignating paragraphs (14) through (71) as paragraphs (15) through (72), respectively; and (2) by inserting after paragraph (13) the following: (14) Digital literacy skills The term digital literacy skills has the meaning given the term in section 202 of the Museum and Library Services Act (20 U.S.C. 9101)..
