(a) Commercial licenses Section 103 d. of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2133(d)) is amended in the second sentence by inserting for a production facility after No license. (b) Medical therapy and research development licenses Section 104 d. of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954 (42 U.S.C. 2134(d)) is amended, in the second sentence, by inserting for a production facility after No license.
