(a) In general Section 16(e)(2) of the Fair Labor Standards Act (29 U.S.C. 214(e)(2)) is amended by striking $1,100 each place it appears and inserting $2,200. (b) Effective date The amendments made by this section shall take effect on the date that is 120 days after the date of enactment of this Act.
