Database of adapted housing for sale

Section 2101 of title 38, United States Code, is amended by— (1) redesignating subsection (c) as subsection (d); and (2) inserting after subsection (b) the following new subsection (c): (c) Database (1) The Secretary shall develop a database that includes a list of residences that— (A) are for sale; (B) have been adapted for a disabled veteran under this section; and (C) the seller of which elects to include in the database. (2) The shall make such database available to a disabled veteran who is interested in purchasing a residence adapted under this section..
