Prohibition on temporary protected status for individuals who habitually resided in palestinian-administered territories

Section 244(c)(2)(B) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (8 U.S.C. 1254(c)(2)(B)) is amended— (1) in clause (i), by striking or at the end; (2) in clause (ii), by striking the period at the end and inserting, or; and (3) by adding at the end the following: (iii) the alien— (I) habitually resided in the Palestinian-administered territory within Judea and Samaria or Gaza; or (II) holds a passport or other travel document issued by the Palestinian Authority..
