Sense of the Congress

It is the sense of the Congress that any funds collected through fines for violations of section 922(z)(4) of title 18, United States Code, be used for the distribution of free or reduced-cost secure gun storage or safety devices, or for a campaign to raise public awareness about the use of the devices.
