(a) Office of climate change and health equity There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out section 4(a) $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2031. (b) National strategic action plan There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out section 4(b) $2,000,000 for fiscal year 2026, to remain available until expended. (c) Advisory board There is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary to carry out section 5 $500,000 for fiscal year 2026, to remain available until expended.
