Repeal of remittance excise tax

(a) In general Chapter 36 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 is amended by repealing subchapter C (and the table of subchapters for such chapter is amended by striking the item relating to such subchapter). (b) Effective date The amendments made by this section shall apply to transfers made after December 31, 2025.
