Grant funds to provide on-bicycle education

Section 405(g)(5) of title 23, United States Code, is amended— (1) in subparagraph (C)(iv), by striking; and and inserting a semicolon; (2) in subparagraph (D), by striking the period at the end and inserting; and; and (3) by adding at the end the following: (E) providing on-bicycle education to elementary school and secondary school students..
