(a) In general Section 1703 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (42 U.S.C. 16513) is amended— (1) in subsection (b)— (A) by striking paragraphs (2) and (10); and (B) by redesignating paragraphs (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), (9), (11), (12), and (13) as paragraphs (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), (7), (8), (9), (10), and (11) respectively; (2) by striking subsection (c); and (3) by redesignating subsections (d) through (f) as subsections (c) through (e), respectively. (b) Conforming amendment Section 1704 of the Energy Policy Act of 2005 (42 U.S.C. 16514) is amended— (1) by striking subsection (b); and (2) by redesignating subsection (c) as subsection (b).
