Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, and every 180 days thereafter until amounts appropriated under this Act are expended, the Administrator shall submit to the Committee on Appropriations of the House of Representatives and the Committee on Appropriations of the Senate a report including the following: (1) The amount of funds obligated and expended pursuant to the appropriation made by this Act. (2) A description of how such funds were distributed geographically in Texas. (3) A description of the type of assistance provided with such funds. (4) A description of any barriers to providing assistance with funds made available by this Act or any identified unmet needs.
