Strengthening the due diligence program to assess security risks

Section 9(vv)(2) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 638(vv)(2)) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (B), by striking the period at the end and inserting; and; and (2) by adding at the end the following: (C) examine any relationship of a small business concern seeking an award to any entity or individual included on the lists, as published on the date of the closing of the solicitation, described under subsections (g)(16)(D) and (o)(20)(D)..
