Of the funds appropriated by this Act under the headings National Security Investment Programs, International Narcotics Control and Law Enforcement, Nonproliferation, Anti-terrorism, Demining and Related Programs, Peacekeeping Operations, and Foreign Military Financing Program, not less than $108,000,000 shall be made available for the Prevention and Stabilization Fund for the purposes enumerated in section 509(a) of the Global Fragility Act of 2019 (title V of division J of Public Law 116–94): Provided, That funds made available pursuant to this subsection under the heading Foreign Military Financing Program may remain available until September 30, 2027.
