Section 2044(e) of title 38, United States Code, is amended— (1) by redesignating subparagraphs (A) through (H) as paragraphs (1) through (8), respectively; and (2) by adding at the end the following new paragraph: (9) The amounts that are appropriated to carry out such subsections for fiscal year 2026 and each fiscal year thereafter..
