Section 455(m) of the Higher Education Act of 1965 (20 U.S.C. 1087e(m)) is amended by adding at the end the following: (5) Fulbright eligibility For purposes of loan cancellation under this subsection, participation in a Fulbright Teacher Exchange Program or the Fulbright English Teaching Assistant Program shall be treated as employment in a public service job..
