(a) National Science Foundation To carry out this Act, there is authorized to be appropriated to the Director $20,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030. (b) Department of Energy To carry out this Act, there is authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary $10,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2026 through 2030.
