In this Act: (1) Secretary The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Interior. (2) Tribal citizen The term Tribal citizen means an individual who is an enrolled member of the Tribe as of the date of the enactment of this Act. (3) Tribe The term Tribe means the Cheroenhaka (Nottoway) Indian Tribe of Southampton County, Virginia.
