Of the funds authorized to be appropriated to the Under Secretary for International Security Affairs under section 403, the Assistant Secretary for Emerging Threats shall receive the funds necessary to fulfill Bureau functions and the Assistant Secretary’s responsibilities for fiscal years 2026 and 2027.
