Any reference in any statute, reorganization plan, Executive order, regulation, agreement, determination, or other official document or proceeding to— (1) the Assistant Secretary for Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs shall be deemed to refer to the Assistant Secretary for Water, Environment, and Space Affairs; (2) the Bureau for Oceans and International Environmental and Scientific Affairs shall be deemed to refer to the Bureau for Water, Environment, and Space Affairs; (3) the Sanctions Coordinator shall be deemed to refer to the Assistant Secretary for Sanctions Policy; and (4) the Office of the Sanctions Coordinator shall be deemed to refer to the Bureau of Sanctions Policy.
