Effective on the date of the enactment of this Act— (1) the President shall withdraw the United States from the Constitution of the World Health Organization (62 Stat. 2679; 14 U.N.T.S 186); and (2) no funds available to any Federal department or agency may used to provide for the participation of the United States in the World Health Organization or any successor organization.
