(a) Maximum civil penalty for a related series of violations Section 60122(a)(1) of title 49, United States Code, is amended by striking the third sentence. (b) Rulemaking Not later than 180 days after the date of enactment of this Act, the Secretary shall revise subpart B of part 190 of title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, in accordance with the amendment made by subsection (a).
