(a) In general Section 471(a)(28) of such Act (42 U.S.C. 671(a)(28)) is amended by striking at the option of the State,. (b) Eligibility Section 473(d)(3)(A)(i)(II) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 673(d)(3)(A)(i)(II)) is amended by striking at least 6 consecutive months and inserting at least 3 consecutive months.
