In this Act: (1) City The term City means the city of Price, Utah. (2) Federal land The term Federal land means the approximately 124.23 acres of Bureau of Land Management land in the State of Utah depicted as Proposed Conveyance Parcels on the Map. (3) Map The term Map means the map prepared by the Bureau of Land Management entitled Land Conveyance near Price, Utah and dated May 8, 2025. (4) Secretary The term Secretary means the Secretary of the Interior, acting through the Director of the Bureau of Land Management.
