Section 222 of the Department of Agriculture Reorganization Act of 1994 (7 U.S.C. 6923) is amended— (1) in subsection (b)(5)(B), by striking 2023 and inserting 2030; (2) in subsection (d)(1)(C), by striking 2023 and inserting 2030; and (3) in subsection (e), by striking $25,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2019 through 2023 and inserting $50,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2030.
