Section 108(b)(1) of the Riegle Community Development and Regulatory Improvement Act of 1994 (12 U.S.C. 4707(b)(1)) is amended— (1) in subparagraph (E)(ii)(II), by striking and at the end; (2) by redesignating subparagraph (F) as subparagraph (G); and (3) by inserting after subparagraph (E) the following: (F) the provision of education and facilitation of services to assist in the establishment and management of worker-owned cooperative businesses; and.
