Reauthorization of Corps of Engineers water infrastructure financing funding

Section 5033 of the Water Resources Reform and Development Act of 2014 (33 U.S.C. 3912) is further amended— (1) by amending subsection (a)(3) to read as follows: (3) Fiscal years 2025 through 2029 There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this subtitle, to remain available until expended— (A) $68,000,000 to the Administrator for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2029; and (B) $15,000,000 to the Secretary for each of fiscal years 2025 through 2029.; and (2) in subsection (b)(2), by striking the Administrator and inserting the Secretary or the Administrator, as applicable,.
