Repeal of cost-sharing with respect to the Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship Program

(a) In general Section 10A of the National Science Foundation Authorization Act of 2002 (42 U.S.C. 1862n–1a) is amended— (1) by striking subsection (i); and (2) by redesignating subsections (j) and (k) as subsections (i) and (j), respectively. (b) Conforming amendments Section 10320 of the Research and Development, Competition, and Innovation Act (42 U.S.C. 18998) is amended— (1) in subsection (a)— (A) by striking requirements and inserting requirement; (B) by striking forthe and inserting for the; and (C) by striking and under and all that follows through are and inserting is; and (2) in subsection (b), by striking waivers each place it appears and inserting waiver.
